Formerly the frontwoman of punk band The Distillers, Brody Dalle has been absent from music since the release of her second major band Spinnerette’s debut album. Next year, however, she returns with her first proper solo record. She gives The Fly the lowdown on motherhood, sounding trashier and working with her mate Shirley Manson.

Brody Dalle working on new music video

Yes!

Yesterday (Monday December 9) Brody Dalle met with the artist Anthony Lee Winn, from Deepcut Productions - recognized for creating illustrations, storyboards, characters from comic books, graphic novels and pop art.

They met at The 101 Coffee Shop where they talked about details of a music video for a new Brody Dalle song, which, according to Winn, is "amazing".

Apparently, the video will be done in animation, as you can see in the photo below, which Dalle adds own notes to the stories:

Ontem à tarde, terça-feira, 9 de dezembro, Brody Dalle se reuniu com o artista Anthony Lee Winn, da Deepcut Productions, produtora reconhecida por criar ilustrações, storyboards e criar personagens de histórias em quadrinhos, novelas gráficas, pop art e artes do gênero.

O encontro aconteceu no The 101 Coffee Shop onde conversaram sobre detalhes do videoclipe de Dalle para uma faixa inédita, que, segundo Winn, é "incrível".

Ao que tudo indica, o videoclipe será feito em animação, conforme é possível ver na foto abaixo, na qual Dalle adiciona próprias notas às histórias:
